There have been no updates to the fitbit app available since this problem started. I check my phone every day, hoping you guys have pushed out a fix to this, but nothing.
It is beyond frustrating to have the app freeze for 2-3 minutes every single time I access the app: to add water, to log an exercise, to *do anything*. Yes, it freezes and can't do anything until it updates the sleep tile. But the freeze/non-responsiveness goes beyond just that one tile.
Is this a continuing server issue on your end? If so, when can we expect that to be corrected so our apps aren't continually waiting to sync to your servers?
Is this just an app problem? If so, when can we expect a new push of an update that fixes the issues?

My app is on auto update, so updating the app is not the issue. The issue needs to be addressed as this single issue is affecting the entire app and making it not work properly.
Please - it has been over a week - closer to two weeks +. The issue should have been resolved a long time ago!

I spoke too soon. My sleep tile is only working intermittently. If I let it sit there for 2-3 minutes, it loads the detail page about 50% of the time. The other 50% of the time, it either locks up or it crashes.

Yes, me too. It has gotten consistently worse - requiring turning off of watch and even the IPad. And even then I can’t open my sleep or activity metrics. In the last year, it works some days, some days are very very slow, and some days not at all. More often than not I get the “we are busy so can’t sync..try again later” - like I have nothing else to do. I have IPad pro, vn 14 software - updated. Unprofessional garbage app - too many “purchase” add ons - upselling- and pretty colors. Fix this or I will go back to Garmin.

My sleep screen in particular freezes..and that’s the metric I am most interested in. Exercise? We can see that on the watch as we do it. Sleep - well, I’’m asleep so I don’t know how that goes. Most of the time its a surprise.

Mine started working again then I downloaded the latest update today and it’s back to freezing again. This really is getting beyond a joke

It worked for just a little while yesterday, but it’s back to freezing up/crashing when opened again. Sure wish you could get this fixed.

It’s been several weeks since your update created this problem, and several updates later you still haven’t fixed it. When will you take care of this?

3/17/2021 I just installed the new version and this problem is still on. Really? It has been weeks now. Also, the problem started about a month ago. Don't you have a freaking software version tool? And do you freaking test your software even ONCE? If you did , you would see that even accessing the support would bring you to white pages.
Embarrassing 😳

Thank you for the information and I'm sorry for the experience! Can you confirm if this happens on the Web Dashboard or through the Fitbit App on your mobile device?
In addition, please confirm the model of your mobile device and the version of the operating system.

It is when using the app.

I believe keeping our Fitbit up to date is what caused the issue in the first place.

This is happening to me as well after recent upgrade this week - the Fitbit app freezes , especially when trying to drill down to sleep and other activities. I have iPhone10 with latest upgrade
