The active minutes on my Fitbit ace are recorded on the app on my iPad for the last 5 days but before this there is a gap of about a month when they show zero. Going back further in time,my active minutes are there again.
Can anyone tell me why there is this gap? (The active minutes tile is there and my Fitbit has synced.)

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. Tell me, are you able to see active minutes in the Ace before syncing it with your iPad? Have you tried to restart your Ace already?
