Active zone minutes and exercises lost

Yesterday I completed a workout and a walk using the exercises function on my fitbit sense and had 86 active zone minutes. My sense lost bluetooth connection to my iPhone 14ProMax running the latest iOS and force closing the app, turning my phone off and on again etc did not work to re-eatablish the connection. I had to restart my fitbit and redo the set up in the fitbit app to fix the connection.  When syncing the fitbit the 86 active zone minutes appeared in my dashboard but the workouts did not appear in that section. So I entered the workouts manually. The active minutes were unaffected at first after doing this.

However, this morning when looking at my dashboard I noticed that the active minutes for yesterday had changed and gone from 86 down to 12!

This is very frustrating. Is there anything I can do to recover them?? Or even just log them manually since I know what they were?

Actually when I look at my dashboard there is a gap of a couple of hours where no data is showing at all for anything. It just so happens to be when I did my workout and went for a walk.  This is strange because it didn’t seem that any data was lost from my fitbit sense device after restarting.
