After the release of iOS 13.5 the activities are lost. I‘m able to see them online but not in the app. Reinstalled the app couple of times. Updated to the newest version of the FB app

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Shortx1501.

I am sorry to hear that the activities are lost after the release of iOS 13.5. Thanks for trying to resolve this, I appreciate the additional details and I am here to help. Thank you for providing screenshots. I recommend doing the following:

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  3. Reboot your phone.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and log back in to your account.

I would like to confirm if you've tried the following:

  1. Tap the Discover tab > Health and Fitness Stats.
  2. Tap the stat you want to add, and tap Add to Today.

For more information about the Fitbit app, see How do I use the Fitbit app?

Looking forward to your response.
