I have a Charge HR2 and noticed that it isn't recognizing exercises.   It isn't doing it on my HR2 or my Mac.   I realized today after research that my Fitbit won't auto recognize treadmill, but it isn't recognizing my walking as an excerise.   Example today I have done 16,000+ steps and there is no exercise tracked other than the treadmill I manually entered.  What is strange I checked my activity on the Weight Watchers App and it shows the 41 minutes I manually entered, but it also shows 42 minutes wallking.  I didn't log this.  I am using a Mac and iPhone 7 all of which are running with the latest update.

One last note I have restarted my HR2.

Hello @SunsetRunner, it's great to see you around, I hope you're having a great day! Smiley Happy

Were the steps from your walking activity added to your daily total? Sometimes, it's possible the exercises are not updating correctly on the Fitbit app, which is why you're not able to see your exercise. If your steps are shown, please check your online Dashboard to verify that it was recorded as it seems it did which is why it's appearing on Weight Watchers.

To refresh the information on the app, please forceclose it by double-tapping the home button and swiping up the app. If this doesn't seem to work, log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.

I hope this can be helpful, if there's anything else I can do for you please keep me posted! Smiley Wink
