Activity KM not registering on dashboard

I did just over 9km yesterday- 3.1 on a run, 3.2 on a cycle and 3.1 on another cycle- and my dashboard is only clocking 5.36km which is none of any of the above combined- 'y activity tracks I did just 10 but after syncing around 5 times it won't update. Help please 😞 I would have hit all my goals if it synced!

Which tracker are you using at this moment? Have you tried to restart it lately? If you're able to see a summary of your activities on your tracker but they're not showing on your app, please logout from the app, restart the phone and log back in. This will allow the information to refresh and appear.

Hey, I am using the Charge 2, it's a case of its on my app on weekly activity log, but not in the front dashboard screen. 😞
