Fitbit Update 07/15/16

As we work to improve activity search to deliver faster results, I wanted to let everyone know that starting on August 1st it will no longer be possible for iOS users on app versions older than 2.22 to search for activities on the Fitbit iOS App.

We began updating our search systems earlier in the year by excluding them from newer apps, which means you won't be affected at all if your iOS App is up-to-date. The supported versions of the app require iOS 8 and higher. If you have any questions let me know and thanks for everybody's understanding as we work to improve the Fitbit experience!

There seems to be a glitch on the Activity Search screen under the Categorize Exercise option. When I click in the search box to find the activity I want, the search box drops down about 1 inch from the top of the screen, making some of the search results unavailable. I have tried restarting the app, and also deleted and re-installed the app with no luck. I noticed the issue prior to updating to 2.27.1 and the issue has continued since the update. Is anyone else having this issue or know of a possible solution?
