Activity and steps disappearing

anyone else experiencing lost steps and activity? My steps have somehow disappeared by over 800 steps as well as my activity decreased by 30 minutes. I had just checked my app and 5 minutes looked again and right before my eyes while syncing it went back. I tried logging in and out restarting my phone, making sure everything was updated and nothing has brought it back. Any ideas?

Hi @SunsetRunner. Welcome to the Forums.

 

Thanks for bringing this to my attention as well for the steps tried prior posting. It's odd that your data isn't appearing after syncing and just to confirm, may I know if you see an error message when trying to sync? Also, is the Fitbit app updated to the latest version?

 

Even though you've tried troubleshooting this matter, I'd recommend you to remove your Fitbit from the Bluetooth settings, force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone one more time. Then open the Fitbit app and sync your Fitbit making sure there aren't other Bluetooth connections nearby.
