Just bought Versa 2 Fitbit smart watch. Followed all recommendations and steps with downloading latest Fitbit app and updating to latest Versa 2 software and still not receiving any notifications on my Versa 2 smart watch. Its very disappointing and frustrating

Congratulations on the purchase of the Versa 2! I’m sorry your not receiving your notifications at this time. Currently notifications are an issue being addressed by the Fitbit Team. Pay special attention to page one of that thread and follow all the steps very carefully. If you’re still experiencing issues after carefully performing the steps provided then please keep an eye on that thread.
