A year's worth of Active Data has disappeared. Many of my steps have been decreased. And yet all of my daily calorie burns have been upped. I did an on-line chat with a Fitbit agent, they told me to reset my fitbit to retrieve the data...but I see no difference...they said to watch it over the course of the day...but I don't think this is resolved...has anybody been able to get their old data back, ever?

Hi @ChandaD, welcome on board. It's good that the community is growing!
I'm sorry to hear about your activity data, and thanks for taking the time to contact our Support Team. This sounds strange as your steps shouldn't change unless an activity is manually logged. The same happens with the calories, which are calculated based on your personal information and your activities. While there isn't an option to retrieve data from previous days, your device should sync your information correctly from now on since you've restarted it. I'd suggest to make sure that your Fitbit device and the Fitbit app are updated to the latest version. Feel free to let me know if the information is still not syncing correctly.
See you around!
