On my Versa 2, I can’t adjust any of my upper activity goals (i.e steps, miles, etc.) down from previous settings. It will only adjust up. I’m on a iPhone 6 with current updates. Any recommendations?

Hi @Mikki68. Welcome to the Community.
Thanks for bringing this to our attention, as well as confirming that the Fitbit app is updated. This is odd and to work on this together, please give a try to the following steps:
If the issue persists, you can try adjusting your goals in your online dashboard with the steps described here. Make sure to sync with the Fitbit app afterwards so the changes can be applied.

I have already tried the first option without success. I’ll give the second option a try. Thanks!

@Mikki68 I'm not sure you can be helped. You wrote that you have an iPhone 6 (not 6s). The iPhone 6 can't support the current version of the app, because the current app requires iOS 13 or newer. The iPhone 6 can't update to iOS 13. Also, and this is very important. Apple no longer supports the iPhone 6. You don't get security updates. Apple released an important security update that you didn't get. Time for a new phone.
