Alta HR + iPhone 7, latest version everything.
So, today, took a long hike, seems like the Fitbit app on the application only recorded 40% of all movements, even though I was in the forest, meaning clear views to the skies (and thus GPS satellites). Notice that there was no cell reception on many places. Are you guys dependent on that? (You shouldn't be!)
So on my iPhone the activity has a start and stop time which totals to about 3 hours, however due to GPS woes (I assume) it only counts 1 hour and 04 minutes as actual activity time (and the pain in my legs says otherwise!)
What can we do to get this resolved?

Hello @NickyV, I hope you're having a great day, it's nice to see you around.
When you're recording a GPS activity using the Fitbit app, it's necessary to have cellular reception in order for the GPS to work correctly, if you didn't have signal, that might explain why the exercise did not record accurately.
I sincerely apologize for the inconveniences this issue has caused, if there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply.
