Add device

Hi I'm on my iPad Air 2 , i cannot find on account where to add device. I've go on the link add tracker Apple. I'm going round in circles it's driving me nuts. It's not anywhere. Please advice someone before it goes out the window.

Are you using the Fitbit app on your iPad? You can only set up trackers through the mobile app or through Fitbit Connect (computer application) with the associated dongle that came with your product.

Welcome to our Community @Kat923! Thanks for stopping by! I agree with @SunsetRunner's post, you need to use the Fitbit iOS App to set up your tracker. I'd suggest you follow the steps provided at I'm having trouble setting up my tracker. If you're still unable to add the tracker on your account please provide me with a screenshot showing me exactly what you're seeing.
