Can I add music directly from my phone to my versa?  Every time I try it tells me I have to use the desktop.

You have to do it through a desktop unfortunately.

I had to download a Fitbit app to my laptop. And it gave me steps to do it from there. You have to create a playlist that you transfer to the versa.
