I have just received a new Fitbit charge 2 as a birthday present but when trying to add it I am receiving a “you have no signal” and won’t let me procee anywhere - any advice please?

Hi @Karencamplin. Congratulations on your new Fitbit! Let’s see if we can get it working for you. Here are a couple questions to start the trouble shooting process:
- Which iPhone do you have? Is it set up to connect to wifi? If yes, how strong is your signal?
- If your iPhone is not connected to wifi, then on your phone, go into your iPhone Settings —> Cellular. Scroll down to Fitbit and slide the setting to green (on).
Try again to connect, going into the Fitbit app —> Account —> Set Up a Device. Let us know what happens.
