Adding to Food Log

I forgot to start a food log one day and want to go back now to add but that date/day of the week doesn't even show up in the food log list now. How do I add a food log for a past date when no log was started for that day.

Hello @CBMini let me give you a warm welcome to the Community! Let me assist you with this, but first let me ask you something, are you trying to log your food through the Fitbit app on your iPhone or over your computer?

You can log any food on the Fitbit app at any given time to any day of your choice. If you forgot to add a food from any previous day please try the following:

 

Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Food icon.

Tap on the plus sign on the top right corner of the screen.

Search for the Food you'd like to log or select it from the list of your recent ones.

On the next screen, select the serving and fill the details, then, select the date where you want to log the food which includes previous days.
