Adventure Bug on iOS

Recently I purchased a fitbit charge 2, and completed my first adventure. However, when attempting to begin a new adventure an error occurs and the fitbit application displays the following:

 

"You can only be in one adventure at a time"

 

Surely having completed my prior adventure, I am unable to continue onto new ones. I have tried everything I can think of to solve this problem including completely reinstalling the applicaiton. Unlike the challenges that are offered in the application, there does not seem to be a quit option for the adventures.

 

Having just purchased this product, I must say that I am somewhat dissapointed with this malfunction. I have read that there is a pending update, and I hope that will potentially fix this bug. I would greatly appreciate any advice you may have to solve this problem.

@William94  As you may have read, this is a known issue for some users, and Fitbit is working on it.  Nothing we can do from our side to fix this problem unfortunately.
