Adventure's Treasures keep resetting on iOS

In the Adventures part of the Challenges, when a diamond is activated that involves a timed activity, it will get part way through and then reset back to the beginning and it happens in every single Adventure so there is no chance of ever getting all the diamonds. what gives?

Hello @jlippincott, thanks for joining us, it's great to see you around!

 

Since when have you been experiencing this issue? Have you updated the Fitbit app recently? If so, it's possible the information is not refreshing correctly on the app which is prompting the treasures to reset, in which case I would like to recommend logging out from the app, restart your phone and logging back in, this should refresh the Adventure's information and allow you to collect the treasures.
