ETA: And yes, I did turn Bluetooth off and on, I restarted my phone, I redownloaded the app, I restarted the Fitbit. Nothing. When I synch, it says it's taking longer than usual, and "please sit tight," and then it pretends it's finished, but nothing is recorded.
Best AnswerI can get it to sync on my laptop. But I don't carry my laptop to as many places as my phone.
Best AnswerI'm having the same problem with my Charge 4 ever since update 3.45. Rebooting my tracker & restarting the app doesn't help. My "Account" page shows that my Charge 4 is connected. All of my challenges except BINGOs have disappeared from my "Today" page as well.
