Agenda app on Charge 4 won't sync with iOS

my google calendar on ipad is not syncing to chg 4. have spent quite a while on line chat  with FB, now telling me it is a known issue and no idea when a fix will be available. not a great response and rather unhelpful. Has anyone else had issues? Maybe even found a way to fix it? cheers

Thanks for sharing that the Agenda app isn't syncing correctly, and for the steps tried with our Support team. I'll do my best to help you with this situation. Before anything else, may I know if the Fitbit app and your Charge 4 were updated? Could you also check if there isn't a pending update for the Agenda app?

Once that is done, please give a try to the following steps:

  1. Go to the Bluetooth settings in your iPad and forget the Charge 4 from the list.
  2. Turn off the Bluetooth in your iPad.
  3. Restart your Charge 4.
  4. Turn on the Bluetooth and open the Fitbit app.
  5. Tap on your profile picture > Charge 4 and turn off/on the All-Day Sync. When prompted, pair your Charge 4 via Bluetooth.
  6. Then tap on Apps > Agenda > Permissions to make sure everything is allowed. Do the same with the Settings option. 
  7. Open the Agenda on the Charge 4 and check your events.

Hello!
apologies for the delay, damaged my phone so had to go for repair.
Thanks for your help, seems to be working from phone now, which it wasn't
before! What i don't receive though is any reminders set up in calendar.
Events come through ok at present. Is this normal? Am I not doing something
correctly?

To continue helping you and just to confirm, do you mean that your Charge 4 isn't receiving calendar notifications? If that's correct, please check if your tracker is updated as our team recently released a new firmware version on your Charge 4. For more instructions, check this help article.

If the calendar notifications are still not working, I'd recommend to try the troubleshooting steps described here.
