Is it possible to name the alarms that silently go off? I love that it's a quiet vibration to alert me to things, but I tend to forget what things exactly I'm being alerted too. Especially with medications and reminders.

@whassupwitj00 This currently is not a feature, but there is a popular feature request for it that I would recommend voting for. Top-voted feature requests get relayed to our product team for consideration.
