Alarm Widget missing from updated UI?

So is the widget to set/change an Alarm Gone, Gone from the new UI???

If its not, I can't find it.
Setting or changing an alarm using my Inspire HR device is next to impossible but was dead easy using the app (until this update)😠
It's a feature I use (used) every day.

PS. every time the app attempts to sync, I get a "Failed to sync device" message. I NEVER saw that message until this update. 😠

Hello @Blamzu

to set an alarm on the online Dashboard go to setting wheel in upper right side of the screen and tap the word setting in the drop down menu. From there tap your Inspire HR labeled on the screen. To the right upper side you will see “alarm” located at the top. I hope this helps provide you with a solution to your question. If you need directions to the alarm setting in the  Fitbit app just let me know. 😃

Hello again @Blamzu

I failed to mention that on your Fitbit app it might help to have your app set for “All Day Sync” if you don’t already have that set. To do this one your Fitbit app and tap your profile pic on the upper left side of the screen. Then tap your identified band found just under the family account. Scroll to the bottom and make sure “All Day Sync” is activated with a green circle. This might help your sync issue

@Blamzu @Sorry I wasn’t able to help with your syncing issue but were you able to find the alarm setting in the Dashboard?

Yes... but when I click on "silent alarms" the alarm time is there... but
will not enable... and has a "not synced yet" message...

I tried deleting the old alarm and setting a new one... but still get the
not synced yet message...
I can click on the "sync now" button by the "all day sync" option... it
does not give an error message... but apparently doesnt sync either...

And if I try to drag the app down to manually sync... I get the failed to
sync message...
Which may ultimately be the problem... because now that you have pointed
out how to find the widget... it does not work because of the failure to
sync problem introduced by this update.

All of which is super frustrating because the APP IS talking to the device
and updating steps, weight logs, etc.

I tried...
Closing the app and restarting.
Turning off bluetooth and renabling.

This has all be (AND STILL IS) super frustrating... because a device and
app that was working just fine and met my expectations has been "updated"
in such a way as to introduce errors. "Failure to sync"

Oh... sorry... I misunderstood... The alarm setting I found was not in the online app... it was on the iphone app...

I found it by clicking on my profile pic (in the iphone app)

Then on my device

Then "silent alarms"

So I found it on the iphone app... but it still does not work.  (see sync issue)

If I go to the ONLINE app... I can find it there too... per your instructions... but now the new alarm I set has "Waiting to sync"

Ala- syncing issue AGAIN.

What type of Fitbit do you have? It sounds like you have to do a soft reset but it depends on your band type for the instructions

  1. Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
  2. Hold the other end of the charging cable near the port on the back of the tracker until it attaches magnetically. The pins on the charging cable must connect securely with the port.
  3. Press and hold the button on your tracker for 5 seconds.
  4. Release the button. When you see a smile icon and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted.

Then try to sync it

** you should not lose your data doing this

When I go into the apps part it says that Alarms is installed but still no alarm to be set can be found. This has only happened since I did an update
