Welcome to the forums @ssm_fitbt! As I understand, you are getting a Silent Alarm on your tracker despite deleting it from your Alarms log in the dashboard, correct?
In this case I recommend restarting your tracker at least 3 times for full effect as well as force quitting the Fitbit app and restarting the mobile device you're using to sync. After doing this, please sync your tracker and check your alarm settings.
