@AudLillian If you scroll to the bottom of the page, there is an Edit button. Tap that and see if the tiles appear for you to add. If they don't appear, try deleting the app and then download it again. Not a guarantee, but a good first start.

@AudLillian This is my next go to list when apps do bad things
1. Log out of the app
2. Force quit the app
3. Delete the app
4. Turn off the phone for at least 30 secs
5. Restart the phone
6. Re-download the app
7. Log back in
After that, I got nothin'
