All data tracking disappeared from app

Just opened iOS app and initiated sync, suddenly all data disappeared and I now have a blank dashboard. 

I have tried:

- Edit menu -- is also blank, no options to check/uncheck

- Uninstall/reinstall app

- Account page in-app says Versa 2 is connected, all activity goals are still listed

 

After sifting through a few posts, here are the options I've found:

- Open my bluetooth settings and have it forget my device, then re-bond it in app

- Remove my device from the Fitbit app, then reconnect the same device

 

I just want clarification before I accidentally go and delete my data somehow.

It did come back on but now is OFF again!

Same here! It started with only calories showing in today view, then I uninstalled and reinstalled and now there’s nothing anywhere. I’m not in the incorrect account. I unsubscribed from Premium. See screenshots below.
