I have a Charge 2 and it is paired with an iPhone 6.
The device syncs when I open the app and the app correctly updates for steps etc.
When I first purchased the Charge 2 the text message notification feature worked but not for some weeks now.
In the app I am unable to turn on all day sync, and cannot access the notifications menu. The app attempts both but eventually times out.
I have restarted the Fitbit.
I deleted and reloaded the Fitbit app.
I shutdown Bluetooth and forced close the Fitbit app and then restarted both.
None of three steps have worked.
Any ideas?

Thanks a million for all the steps that you've tried, awesome research the one you did! I'm a little concern about the issue with the "All-day sync" option. Would you mind sending screenshots of the issue so we further investigate. Now, about the notifications you can try to reconnect your Charge 2 with your phone again, I think this will do the trick.
Let me know how it works, I'll be around! ![]()
