It seems that you've checked everything to make sure that your steps have been updated as they should. However, I'd recommend getting in touch with Support so they can take a look at the internal system and see where the issue is coming from.

Best AnswerHas anybody located a fix for this issue yet? My challenge group is super competitive too and as the prime motivator it doesn't look good now that I've dropped out of 1st because all my steps are not syncing on the challenges. Last week for the workweek hustle it shorted me over 4k steps. This weekend on the weekend warrior it shorted me over 2k 😞
