Alta HR interfering with Bluetooth in Car

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I just started using the Alta Hr a few days ago and now the Bluetooth in my car will not stay connected.  I’m using the iOS app and have a 2014 Subaru.  This has never been a problem before.  I tried turning off notifications, deleting and pairing my phone to the car again, and my phone is updated.  Anyone else having trouble or have any suggestions?  Thank you!

Hello @Buttercupp1 have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. 😊

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. I'll make sure to report this to our development team so they can take a better look at this situation. In the meantime, please go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and check if your tracker is on the list of paired devices. If it is, tap on it and select Forget this Device. After that, pair the Bluetooth on your car.

Give these steps a try and let us know the outcome!

I have the opposite problem. Every time I get in my car and Bluetooth pairs with my car, my Alta immediately unpairs and it takes me removing it and resetting the tracker many times. I am about to throw it out the window
