Tried all suggestions posted to get this to work but no success it is very fustrating. If problem is not resolved will not purchase Another Fitbit and not recommend this product.

I appreciate you have brought this to my attention. Would it be possible for you to let me know exactly which troubleshooting steps you've tried so far? That will be very helpful for me to check this further and provide you more options.
