Logged exercise won't sync with Dashboard

Hello,

 

I am having issues with my iOS app. After I manually log a gym session, the app fails to sync to my dashboard/goals. I instead get the following:

 

undefined

 

undefined

 

And re-attempting to sync doesn't work:

 

undefined

 

I have reset the Charge tracker multiple times, force quit the app, restarted the iPhone twice, all to no avail.

 

Any assistance other than being directed to solutions I have already followed would be great.

Hi there @DesertFrog, welcome aboard to our Community. I have seen you are aware this was a bug affecting the app, that it was fixed with the App version 2.27. However there are cases where the issue still persists.

 

So I know you already did a force quit to your app, but I wonder if your logged out from the app?

In some cases is require to do this, so if you haven't tried it, please log out from the Fitbit app and force quit the app again. (Optionally you can restart your phone) Once everything has loaded, please log back in again in to your Fitbit app.

 

If the issue persists, please refer to @DerrickS's post, and provide the information is being requested there to investigate further.

@DesertFrog thanks for the update and for trying the steps posted by @RobertoME. I would recommend trying to force quit your app, logging out and then logging back in once again to see if it works. Good luck and keep me posted! Cat Very Happy

I would like to get a better insight about the issue you're experiencing. Have you tried restarting your tracker lately? If not, please restart your device and sync it afterwards to see if the steps are displayed on the app. Additionally, please go to your online Dashboard after syncing to verify if there's any discrepancy between the data shown in the app and the Dashboard.

I keep having the same problem!!! I tried everything and nothing works!!! I'm still waiting to hear back from FitBit customer service. Everything was okay until the recent updates 😞 I love my FitBit but with all this happening Its getting frustrating and disappointing. Please help!

I appreciate you have brought this to my attention. Tell me, since when have you experienced this issue? Have you updated the Fitbit app recently? Have you restarted your Fitbit device and your phone lately? If so, I would like to ask you for a screenshot of the exercises that are not syncing and the model of the Fitbit device you're using; this will be very helpful for me to check this further and provide further assistance.
