Alta HR not recording sleep only getting classic

Over the last few days Alta hr is not recording my sleep properly have tried loosing strap moving up from wrist etc. Nothing seems to work any ideas please

There's an ongoing problem with sleep stages that's affecting many Alta HR users. Keep an eye on this thread that has the latest updates from one of the moderators:
