Hello @Elaine99, I hope you're doing fine, it's great to see you around.
If you have already set up your tracker, it should be able to sync with both your iPhone and iPad, just remember to turn off the Bluetooth on one device before syncing with the other, otherwise the Bluetooth signal might interfere.
Please note that if you have set up Notifications on your iPhone, it's possible that it takes a while for the tracker to sync with the iPad as it has formed a Bluetooth bond with the iPhone when you set up Notifications. To remove this bond, go to the Bluetooth settings on your iPhone and check if your tracker is on the list of paired devices. If it is, tap on it and select Forget this Device. Then, try to sync with the iPad.
Now, when you mention you're only able to see the time and heart rate on your tracker, does that mean that the tracker is not changing screens when you tap on it? As when you tap on it, the screens should change to show you more information such as steps, calories burned, distance, etc.
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.
