Hello @Siegfriedehmke, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, however I'm not quite sure what you mean by tracks. Would it be possible for you to reply to me with a screenshot of what you're referring to so I can check this further? That will be very helpful to me.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, I'll be waiting for your reply. Smiley Happy

When you track the map is not showing up on the app nor the web based Fitbit console.

Hello @Siegfriedehmke, I hope you're doing well, thanks for taking the time to reply.

Which tracker are you currently using? Have you restarted it yet? Does your tracker have integrated GPS (Surge / Ionic) or connected GPS (Charge 2 / Blaze)? Which activity are you tracking and most importantly, is your tracker detecting it automatically or do you start the activity from the tracker itself?

Thank you for your patience and understanding, I'll be waiting for your reply.

I have the new Ionic and when tracking my hikes the map doesn't show up on the IOS app nor the when I look online through Fitbit.
