Mine started doing the same thing. Talked to Suppor tmultiple times and they finally decided to replace it. Used the " Smartpost" return sheet. DON'T EVER DO THAT! IT took 10 days to get to Fitbit.back to them. Now I'm waiting for them to scan it into their system before they ship a new one out. For a company that sells a device intregal to most people's lives this company is very short sighted and their marketing staff may be in trouble as far future sales are concerned.

Seriously? You don't know that the person was referring to the new heart-rate graphs especially after referring to them previously? I sure hope the OP finally got to the real answer and went into their account and set up the new fitbit and removed the old one so that they would then see their new heart rate. At least that is what it sounds like was needed based on their problem description to me.
I assume you do not use your fitbit to track your pulse otherwise you would know what "Squiggly graphs" meant. Either that or you were having a bad day. Cheers!
