I have an Alta HR. My fitbit device is operating but it will not sync to my iOS fitbit software. Help!

I did contact the team but they were not able to assist me. My Alta HR still does not sync with my phone. We even tried syncing to another device I had to confirm it was not an issue with the phone but rather the fitbit itself. Have there been any other software updates to perhaps fix this syncing bug/issue?

Update. I was able to sync my fitbit with my phone today. Thank you.
