I love the way the app worked with my iPhone 8 and with my iPad Pro, but no matter how many of the tips and tricks I try, my Fitbit Alta HR will not sync to my iPhone 12 Pro Max.

After trying al of the recommendations for 2 hours to get my Fitbit Alta HR to sync with my iPhone 12 Pro Max, it finally synced one minute after I posted my issue.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @DocTeree @Casarmento.
@DocTeree I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing the difficulty you experienced with syncing your Alta HR to your iPhone 12 Pro Max. It's possible to come across some issues along the way since the phone is not a supported device for the Fitbit app at this moment. I appreciate your understanding while we work to improve your experience. I am glad to hear you were able to sync your tracker, thank you for your time and efforts.
@Casarmento Thank you for joining the thread. If your tracker is not syncing, I recommend doing the following:
You can find the complete troubleshooting instructions at Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?
Let me know how it goes.

Still not working! I have followed all the instructions multiple times. Sad! Any other idea? When will support become available?

Mine is syncing, but I’m not getting notifications I used to get, phone call alerts, text message alerts, or calendar alerts. Why?

I had to retire my Fitbit. It is still not working with iPhone 12 max.

I’m also having the same problem have tried this several times and the iPhone 12 is not finding any device to pair with and sync. The Alta Fitbit worked perfectly before this with an iPhone 11. Trying daily to no avail! What should I do? Any advice would be great, thanks!
