Alta Won't Sync to iPhone

My Alta won't sync to my Iphone.  ive tried all the suggestions in the troubleshooting and still nothing.  

Help please!

Since when are you having this issue? Have you tried to restart your Alta lately? If so, I would like to suggest checking @HelenaFitbit's excellent tips and recommendations that have been proven to be very helpful for many members facing the same situation. 

 

If after trying those steps your Alta is still not syncing, my recommendation would be checking if your tracker is listed underneath your name by tapping on the Account tab. If it's not there, please try setting it up as a new device, this will reset the connection between your tracker and your phone. 

 

To set up your tracker as a new device:

  1. Go to the Bluetooth devices on your phone and check if Alta is on the list of paired devices. If it is, tap on it and select Forget this Device.
  2. Restart your phone
  3. Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account tab at the bottom of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
  4. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue
  5. When the app asks you to replace your current tracker, please replace it and continue with the process.

Please make sure there are no other Bluetooth devices around that might interfere with the process.
