Alta is not syncing with the iOS Fitbit app.

Getting increasingly annoyed by the uselessness of the App.  Only had the Alta for a week & App worked for the first few days, intermittently for the next few days & now not at all.  I've tried deleting & reloading the App.  Doesn't help.  Anyone with other suggestions?

Hello @Strathearnrose, thanks for joining us, it's great to have you on board.

Have you tried restarting your tracker? Most of the time, a restart will allow the tracker to sync correctly with the Fitbit app. Also, I would like to suggest the following:

  1. Restart your phone.
  2. Turn off the Bluetooth on your phone for 15 seconds, then turn it back on.
  3. Set up your tracker as a new device without removing it from the app first:
    • Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account tab at the bottom of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
    • Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue
    • When the app asks you to replace your current tracker, please replace it and continue with the process.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else! Smiley Wink
