Alta not syncing with app.

My Alta is not connected to my Bluetooth- started 3 days ago, nothing I can do to "find" my Alta.  I reinstalled the Fitbit App- no joy

OK I got it to work- I had a "Misfit" app that updated 3 days ago. I no longer have a "Misfit" , so I deleted the app- Joy it located my Alta and synched
