Alta text call notifications

Hi. I have iphone6s and I can't get the notifications to work for text calls calendar.

It vibrates once but no name appears. I'm not sure what I am doing wrong.

Welcome to the Community @Carly2! Let me help you out with your Alta. When you have a notification and you haven't set the QuickView gesture you have to on the sides of your Alta. If you would like to set the QuickView gesture go to your device settings and turn it on.
