iPhone won't detect Fitbit Flex

My phone can't find the Fitbit on Bluetooth. I've shut off my device, reset the Bluetooth multiple times and even tried using the dongle for my computer and it can't detect my Fitbit flex. It's completely charged and when I double tap it lights up.
I'm trying to setup my Fitbit so I'm not sure if it's tracking me.
Help with the Bluetooth issue please?
Thank you! 😄

This might sound weird, but my mom was just having this same issue. I couldn't get it to sync for her until I plugged it in and synced it when it was plugged in. Maybe this solution will work for you, too.

@Fitbabe57 I'd recommend making sure that your iOS device is compatible with syncing and setup. Click here to check if your device is compatible.

If your device is compatible, I'd then recommend the following steps:

1. Restart your Flex.

2. Reboot your iOS device.

3. Open your iOS settings > turn off Bluetooth for 10 seconds > and then turn Bluetooth back on.

4. Use the replacement setup process to add your tracker tracker to your already-existing account.

Hope this helps!
