Android and iOS apps still not showing the same amount of calories left to eat.

I asked a previous question regarding the different calorie goals displayed on the iOS app compared to android, which was answered with the solution to change my setting to sedentary rather than personalised, which seemed to solve my problems. But this evening my iOS app says that I have 57 calories left but I’m in the red zone, which makes no sense. So I logged into my android app and it says I am 95 calories over and in the red zone. Why isn’t the iOS app showing the same data?

Hello @Daloje, I hope you're having a great day, it's nice to see you around the Fitbit Community. Smiley Happy

Did you open the Fitbit app in your Android phone and you iOS phone at the same time? Did you sync with your iPhone and then with your Android phone? If some time has passed, It's possible that because of your BMR, you have already burned some calories, which explains the Android app showing more calories left to eat in comparison with the iOS app.

However, if this is not the case, please take a screenshot of both apps syncing both at the same time so I can check this further.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, I'll be waiting for your reply.

I have just synced both within a few seconds of each other. As you can see the iOS says im less over budget than the android.

Hello @Daloje, thanks for replying and sending me the screenshots, I hope you're doing well. Smiley Happy

At this moment I'll forward the information you've provided to our team to check if there's currently an issue with the way the calories are showing. Once I have more information to share about this situation I'll make sure to update the thread accordingly.

Thank you for your patience and understanding, in the meantime if there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply.
