Hello @Bagelover, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

If your tracker is already paired to your account, once you log in to the Fitbit app on your new iPad the tracker will be available and you will be able to sync it without inconveniences. There's no need to pair it again. Now, in case you have enabled Notifications in your old iPad, the tracker has formed a Bluetooth link with it. If you still have your old iPad, please go to the Bluetooth settings and check if your Alta is on the list of paired devices. If it is, tap on it and select Forget this Device. Then go to your new iPad and tap on Account > Alta > Notifications and enable them so the tracker can form a Bluetooth link with it.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.

Hello @AshCap, I hope you're doing well, thanks for joining the conversation. Smiley Happy

At this moment I don't have a specific time-frame for when the iPhone 8/8+ will be added to the list of supported devices. Rest assured that our team is currently working towards implementing compatibility with these devices. Please keep an eye on future updates.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, if there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply.
