Charge 2 steps don't match with the steps on the app.

My Fitbit Charge 2 steps do not match my fit bit steps on my iphone

Are you seeing a discrepancy in the data after you sync your tracker? How often do you sync your Charge 2? Since when have you experienced this issue? In this case I would like to suggest you to try the following in the app as it's possible the app is not displaying the information as it should:

 

  • Force-close the app by double tapping the home button on your phone twice, then swipe up the app. 
  • Log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. 

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and let me know the outcome.

Followed your instructions and it worked.  However periodically I have to manually sync it.

Hello @rjuanes, I hope you're having a great day, thanks for taking the time to reply and letting me know the steps I provided were helpful to you. Please keep in mind that every time you open the Fitbit app your tracker will begin syncing; however, if you'd like your tracker to sync automatically, please enable All-day Sync by going to Account > Charge 2 > All-day Sync.
