Hi! I'm new here, so please forgive me if I'm missing something. Is there a way to keep a pain journal? I'd like to see how the lifestyle changes I'm making affect my chronic pain over time. Any advice?

Hello @G8008, thanks for joining us, it's great to have you on board.
Currently the Fitbit app does not have a pain journal which you can use regularly. However, I think this is a terrific idea and I would like to encourage you to post your insight as a suggested feature where members of the Community can vote for it and add their comments. This is the best way to make your voice heard.
I hope this can be helpful, keep me posted in case you need anything else.

@G8008, I use the Fitbit data to maintain a manual pain log and it has been helpful. Doing it manually allows me the flexibility to mix up the data any way I want. My spreadsheet changes as I discover new information.
For example, I've been able to adjust Meds based on sleep data ... Identify the heart rate at which chest pain from PE damage will start. (Now, I stay below that rate, using the Charge 2 relaxed breathing exercises when discomfort starts.) My biggest discovery was that by "warming up" my bad leg on an assisted peddled for 20 - 30 minutes in the morning, I am more likely to meet my step goal.
I guess what I'm trying to say is this - Fitbit gives me the data I need but I cant see it putting the information together in a journal that would be helpful to my changing needs. That's up to me and my doctors.
