I don’t want to see this message and can’t figure out how to remove it.
I have cardio load disabled as a metric to see on the main screen but I still see this notification. Even dismissing it (hitting the x) doesn’t prevent it from showing next time you open the app.
Anyone figured out a way to remove this permanently?
Moderator edit: clarified subject.

This would be great if it works. Others have tried multiple fixes (e.g., deleting cardio data) but the nag notification returns within a week.
But where do you find the "goal to maintaining fitness?" What setting?
Using Inspire 3 with iOS mobile app. Thank you!

Where do you do that? I am not seeing where goals are set.

Must be an Android thing--not in my Apple app.

Do you have Fitbit Premium? I have no "cardio load" under settings or the main page of the app. It's only mentioned under data, with the option to delete data (temporarily only).

Me, too. I don't have Premium and it keeps showing up about once a week, no matter what I do!

That's ok! I thought maybe I couldn't find the spot toset my cardio load goal bc I don't have premium. But of course it turns out to be another temporary fix! So I won't worry about it. I give up.

I also have an iPhone with no Premium. Marc is correct--this is how to change your Cardio goals to "Maintain Fitness."
Hoping it does away with the nag notification, too! We'll know in about a week.

Hi all,
Yep, like you all, I too have come here to remove the 'ready to hit your target today'. Fitbit seems to be ignoring it's customers on this one. It's my birthday next month and my wife is getting me a G (I already use a G on my bike due to Fitbit letting me down on numerous occasions). I have a chest strap heart monitor which pairs with my existing G (sounds like hedge) and the heart readings are considerably different from the Fitbit on my wrist (just be aware). So it will be bye bye Fitbit from me, you've had long enough to sort this simple issue!!

I totally agree. It is really frustrating, I have owned fitbit trackers since they started. I purchsed the Charge 6 and was unfortunately forced into having to open a Google account (which I really didn't want). I wish I'd kept my Charge 5 for longer because I wouldn't have had to open an account, well at least for a time anyway. The "nonsense" word is spot on. Nothing has improved. I've had many more problems with the Charge 6 and moreover the additional hoops that you have to jump through just to carry out the simplest of things due to teh linking with "Google". I just want a tracker to track my activities; walking, running and a bit of cycling, and just to check progress and general fitness. I woulnd't say that is too much to ask and you'd thing by Version 6 the tracker would be able to do that "with its eyes closed"....I do love the size and battery life but am definitely researching which other trackers to use.

“if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it” comes to mind. Sometimes “new and improved“ isn’t. The only reason I’m still putting up with my Inspire 3 is because I can’t use the larger square devices. But that cardio nag notification is giving me second thoughts and I might ditch the tracker altogether.
