My Charge 3 is freezing when I open my sleep data. I also can’t see my sleep scores for each day. This started about 2 days ago. Any recommendations?

Yes!! Please fix this @Fitbit !! I have to close my app 2 and 3 times and re-open to see any details! Also upon re-opening after force close the reload time is ridiculously long.

Hello everyone. Thank you for your updates in this thread.
I appreciate everyone's feedback, I understand that this can be very frustrating. Thank you for your troubleshooting efforts, our team is actively working on this issue. I recommend confirming if you see an update available for your Fitbit app: How do I update the Fitbit app?
You can also try the following:

Please note that I have merged several threads with this issue.
I'll be around.

Hi, I bought a new Fitbit Inspire 2 yesterday and it’s not showing me any sleep scores and the my premium membership sleep analysis isn’t working, just freezing on loading symbol and going back to the main page But if I sync my watch to my mums Android it has a sleep score space ect... is anyone else having trouble with the iOS app? It’s really frustrating that my premium membership isn’t working in this sense. Thank you

When is this bug going to be fixed? I am so disappointed with Fitbit continuously having issues and taking so long to fix them. After 4 years I’m seriously considering choosing another brand.

There was an update for the app showing today which I downloaded. Still have the same problem with the sleep page being frozen so I assume the update didn’t include a fix for it. Any idea when this will be fixed please?

Not sure what you did on the backend, but my app is now working just fine — I can once again access the sleep details page without the app locking up. Thank you for getting it fixed.

I am not getting any green light anymore. Won’t track my sleep or heart rate. Just started happening this week. Super frustrating. That is the whole I reason I have it. I have done all of the recommended steps, reset, restarted, deleted and reinstalled app and device. Nothing is working. My device is barely a year old.

This is getting ridiculous.
This has been going on for way too long.
