Hi @Turnip17, I can definitely help you get back on track! I'd recommend the following steps:
1. Restart your tracker.
2. Reboot your iOS device.
3. Use the "Replacing a Tracker...." instructions to re-pair your tracker to your account. Click here for instructions.
