App crash when changing the swim settings

Hello,

When I want to change the swim settings (ex. 25 or 50 meter pool), each time I click it it crashes the app.  No other settings, only account --> advanced settings --> swim settings.

I have the most recent version of the app (updated).

I have also uninstalled / reinstalled app.  Did not work.

And yes I also know I can change from a computer web browser, but when I'm already at the pool, this is not an option.

Iphone 6s ios 13.3 .

It's nice to see you around, @Brett_Zilla.

I understand your concern and I am glad to continue assisting you. Before anything else let me share that our team has recently released a new version for the Fitbit app, so make sure it's downloaded: How do I update the Fitbit app? Once that is done, please confirm if you continue experiencing the issue.

Looking forward to your response.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Brett_Zilla.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that the app crashes when you try to change the swim settings. Thanks for trying to resolve this, I appreciate the additional details and I am here to help. Since you've already updated the app and tried to unsinstall/reinstall the app, please verify if your phone is up-to-date: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. I also recommend doing the following:

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  3. Reboot your phone.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and log back in.

Looking forward to your response.

Hello,

Yes, my phone is up to date.

I tried again your suggestion logout/force quit/reboot/login.  It did not work.  Problem persists.

This is happening to me as well.
I’ve reset the pebble.

I’ve chatted with tech support.

My iPhone is up to date.
The app still crashes if I select swim settings. I can change stride length, but cannot select the option to check the pool length settings. It’s crashed multiple times
