It seems that the app freezes up when left open like I used to do. I then shut it down and it requires me to login. That never used to happen and it is quite annoying. I just want it to continuously track what I'm doing and automatically re-sync like it used to do. Now you try to force it to resync and it does nothing until you shut it down and restart and then re-login....well you get the idea. Does anyone from Fitbit read this stuff? Also why do you not have a help line that works? The chat doesn't work, twitter keeps telling me that my id info is incorrect although I just reset it....and I hate twitter anyway. Why don't you have an email account to send a note to?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, since when have you experienced this situation? Have you restarted your phone lately? Please keep in mind that during the latest updates the app has required users to log back in for security reasons. This should only happen once and only after the app has been updated. If you're also having trouble syncing with your tracker, please try the following:
- Restart your tracker
- Restart your phone
- Turn off the Bluetooth on your phone for 15 seconds, then turn it back on.
- Enable All-day Sync by going to Account > Your Tracker and scrolling down.
